Mission:

To increase wellness and recovery among individuals in difficult circumstances by providing them bridges for a healthier and more productive life.

We offer a broad range of clinically proven treatment modalities that would help those who are addicted to drugs and alcohol, & those who have mental health problems together with drug and alcohol use. Our psychiatrists, doctors, psychologists, LCADC, and other professional staff are here to ensure that you are comfortable, that your medical needs are also met, and that we will not stop until you are on the road to wellness & recovery. Inpatient detoxification and inpatient substance abuse treatment are provided through referrals. Make us your Medical & Mental Health Home.

Our Food Pantry is open every Friday. We would like you to take that opportunity to meet our staff and avail of our medical, mental health and substance abuse counseling and  treatment services.

Regular Health Fairs- We provide medical screenings for diabetes, hypertension, COPD, asthma, obesity, depression, anxiety, alcohol and drug abuse, among others.

Referral Network for Family Success

 If you need  child care, clothing & furniture for yourself and your family,  assistance in retrieving your lost birth certificate, have problems with immigration,  support due to partner or spousal abuse,  additional food for your family, or job readiness training,  we provide you with the right referrals--the Bridges that will get you on the road to success.

 Mission:

To prevent homelessness among our veterans through the provision of a safe haven, job readiness training, medical and mental health services and advocacy

Immediate Future Plans:

Develop permanent, transitional and shelter plus care housing with supportive services on site for our veterans who are homeless, unemployed, and suffering from PTSD, those with addictions to drugs and alcohol, severe depression, and other mental health problems. An integrated approach include: harm reduction, increased employment opportunities, trauma informed care, rapid re-housing, and collaboration and strategic planning with existing services in the community.

Bridges To Success, Inc. is a registered 501-c-3 (non-profit) organization in the State of New Jersey and a fully licensed ambulatory care facility by the Department of Human Services, Division of Mental Health and Addiction Services to provide counseling and treatment services to persons with co-occurring disorders -- those who are mentally ill and who are addicted to drugs and alcohol.
